Executive Chef AJ Swanda is well established in the Omaha Area. Most well known for his other endeavor, Ugly Duck in Midtown Crossing, AJ takes great pride in bringing unique tastes to the heartland. A seasoned veteran in the “from-scratch” club, AJ found it imperative that all noodles be created by hand. Look for him firing rounds of pizza on our brick oven grill or cranking out batches of noodles in the kitchen.

This place has some AMAZING food!! I'm talking the Best Italian Pasta I've ever had in Omaha! The atmosphere was delightful and the staff was very knowledgeable, the chef even came out and greeted us and told us about the food we were eating. It was a nice touch to hear the story behind the food! I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

Went there in their first week. Fantastic Calamari. Pretty good wine list. Had the opportunity to try 3 of the fresh pastas as we sampled amongst our family. All pasta was cooked perfect al dente and we're very good. Staff was very conscientious and with it being slow, new, they clearly wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. We definitely will go back.
